At Shopkshm, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges if your items aren't a perfect fit. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
